Breakfast included, room size, convenient location
One of the front desk staff was abrasive when I asked for just pillow cases to be changed and overheard her on phone with someone and she was rude.

The hotel was very clean, pool room was clean, great breakfast selection. Just an over all pretty hotel for your stand basic hotels.
Double charged my card for the holding fee when I asked the front desk she blew me off and said there’s nothing she can do. I was traveling on a major budget so that was an additional $50 I was with out for the trip. Now I have to wait for the bank to release not just $50 but $100. We asked for extra towels and didn’t get them so I went to the pool room and got towels for the shower. We don’t have top sheets only fitted. The air conditioner vent fell off in the middle of the night I set it back on. The hotel its self was beautiful but unfortunately the interaction I had with the front desk left me feeling very underwhelmed to come again. This was my first time not using choice hotel and I think I’ll go back to choice hotels
