The Encinitan Hotel & Suites

The location was perfect to get to everywhere in encinitas. The room was large and had a great view of the ocean The price was very reasonable.

This hotel doesnt really have your typical "lobby" where you can join up with friends or family and mingle or have a cocktail. Its located in the parking garage. Poorly set up. Also the location of the hotel is right by the train tracks which isnt mentioned in their bio or I might have not stayed here. It runs from 7 am all day until midnight and it is not quiet in any way shape or form. The complimentary breakfast was located in a room at the pool house which was a little odd. I feel like something like that should be centrally located inside the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice but definitely needs some sprucing up and updating.

Honestly the pool area was nice and the view from our balcony was great.

It’s definitely not what I expected. It felt too crowded. Like the rooms were too close. I could literally hear the person in the other room.
