The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was organized and you can choose between a Japanese or American breakfast. The complimentary miso soup was nice.

I was surprised it was only a 2 star because it’s in line with some 3 star rated hotels. It’s clean and staff are very nice, professional, courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty filling. There’s a Japanese or American option for breakfast and it’s free. Also parking was free and gated/secure!
Not too much negative other than it can be a bit noisy since it faces a busy street and we were on the 4th floor and the sink drains slow.

The property was nice for what I paid. And it was cold and the toilet seats warmed up.
The beds were way too hard. I tossed and turned all night and days later, my back is still hurting.
