Room was very quite and clean. Ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly. Above average hotel breakfast. Staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous.

It is very close to the Gulf of America and in a great location
The property is getting older and needs more maintenance than given at the moment

The location was great and the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was great. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was under construction so we ate in the garden. The breakfast was good. The room was bright and airy with a nice island feel.
The bathroom floor was dirty. My wife and I both have CPAPS and their were not easyily accessible plugs for phones and CPAPS.
