The hotel was clean and comfortable. Temperatures were good. Welcome was warm and friendly and the staff was willing accommodate a request for late departure due to the morning rain.
The towels were sparse - small bath towel and no floor mat for stepping out of the shower. Windows were old sash type and didn't open. Shower head delivered a very sparse stream - had to spend longer to rinse off shampoo so low flow x more time is not a savings. The room the reservation said we had was ground floor but the room assigned was one floor up and no elevator. For us, this was okay but we are elderly and it might have been a problem.

It is very clean, reasonably priced and close to my son‘s home
There is no elevator on the property so you must remember to request a first floor room if you have any mobility issues. We were lucky enough that the clerk could move our room which was on the third floor to the first floor when we got there, but it is best to request a first floor room ahead of time if you have any kind of mobility problems.

The air conditioner in my room was loud and made it hard to sleep. The shower did not feel clean because it was old and the corners looked old and unclean.
