The pool was nice and food was good

The hot water took like 30 minutes to actually get hot. I went down to let them know we had no hot water . They informed me that it was on demand hot water system. But it took forever to get hot. Was not happy about that 4 kids need to shower and 3 adults .

The building was under construction but they are managing it well! Our room was so nice and new and the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean! The breakfast was very good and the staff, Including the breakfast staff, were so friendly!

Once the construction is finished it will be great!

Pillows are so soft they have no firmness whatsoever, almost like sleeping without a pillow altogether

The hotel it's self was clean. The room was clean. Friendly staff!

The room itself needed many, many repairs! Especially for $266!!! A night. The patchwork on the ceiling was a terrible job. Th jet tub needed caulking around the edge. There was a dee groove in the tub itself. The hot faucet didn't really work right... The curtains were very messed up. Off the track. For the price, it should've needed no repairs! The pool was very small. In the ad there was a full length pool and a jacuzzi. The pool had 6 tweens in it and that made it full! Nothing like the ad picture!!
