The location was great, and the price!

I had to go buy bug spray (roach), the facility needs to spray for bugs often since people do live their and different people come and go.

Not as clean or nice as the pictures online. That's False advertising!!!!!! Thanks Killeen Texas

Our toilet and tub was dirty, there was two very small pillows in the room the fridge was dirty as well. And it had a bad smell in the room.

The room wasn't clean the bed had a very thin blanket on it fridge, tub and toilet was dirty. It was not clean st all. I was scared I was going to weak up with bed bug bites.

Waited 3-5 minutes no one was at front desk I yelled for someone and eventually the person came check me in I had a newborn baby and she told me elevator was broken and didn’t offer to help me up 2 or 3 flights of stairs. The one smelled cleaned but I wasn’t comfortable enough to stay I left after 4 hours to check in another hotel. It just looked like a run down motel.

It served the purpose of providing somewhere to sleep for the night.

It was cleaned to perfection!! Customer service was great!

Lack of amenities. Stove provided, but no cookware or eatery, no iron or ironing board, no microwave, kinda reminded me of a college dorm room! Beds were hard.

The worst place ever!

No bed bugs, clean sheets and towels.

The kitchen appliances had rust spots on the inside and outside of them. The place has roaches. They take the full amount of money for your stay, the first day you are there. If you check out a few days earlier, no refund!

What I didn't like was that wasn't a TV wasn't working there was no phone it was hair on the shower curtains and that was enough for me not to like about that no it didn't make my expectations

Manager needs a new job.

The manager was rude. Acted like she wanted to fight. Very ghetto and needs to be fired. Stereotype my husband when he checked in and put us in the nasty trap room of the 4th floor with my child. Smoking room it was just nasty and when I complained she put us out and acted like she wanted to fight.

horrible 0/10 do NOT recommend

empty condom wrapped on the bed and our keys kept locking so the night person had to break into our room to let us back in and upon reentry or the room is when we found the wrapper in the bed . there was no one when we left so we called corporate in the morning and were offered measly points towards a next stay .

there was nothing that I liked about the property it was nothing like the pictures that were on this site
