I liked the price and location off the interstate
Being out on the back of the bldg on the top floor. Had to lug two bags up a flight of stairs. I'm an elderly woman I almost couldn't do it. There was no alarm in the room and the front desk had no wake up service

The location was not far from where I had to go. I liked that it had a stovetop, microwave & refrigerator.
The lower part of the refrigerator wouldn’t keep my cold foods cold. My milk spoiled. I let the office know, but there wasn’t anyone that could come and fix it.

The lady at the front when I picked and she was very nice I didn't get her name but I know she had braids in her hair is very sweet
What I did not like it's one of the housekeepers Bang on my door and I was sleeping because I have been on a plane for hours when I checked in all I remember she was asking about some towels I was so upset did I just push the door up then she tells me I need to get out and I told her to Chi time wasn't until 11 it was 10:35 so after I got up and got dressed I went to the front to let the lady in the front desk know that I didn't like the way she banged on my door then she got very rude and talking mess as I was talkin standing season employee well maybe she didn't read her housekeeping book because I used to work for the Fairfield Inn for 3 years and a housekeeper you do not bang on a guest door you politely knock s a housekeeping I used to never ever get rude with a customer even if they upset because if she knew the handbook of the housekeeping the guests are always right but you should never get upset and talk back to a guest try to solve the situation
