Dog Sport Weekend

I loved how affordable the room was! The inside is gorgeous, and the room was clean and very well put together. I like that they have a cleanup station for dogs too.

I was looking forward to a swim in the pool but was told it was closed. The pool itself looked fine to the untrained eye.

overall great hotel for a business stay. cleanliness is the most important to me, and it was very clean

It was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice! My 35 lb dog was welcomed!

Due to being able to hear the people next door, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Most of property clean, and pleasant. The room was also clean, and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t wake up with my back killing me, which is a big plus! We also liked having the free breakfast, and coffee.

The main reason I didn’t give this hotel more stars is because we could hear the people in the next room talking. I was very happy they didn’t have a crying baby, or were watching a movie with the volume turned up!

Comfortable and nice place to stay

Breakfast was very good and location was not bad at all. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

The breakfast was amazing!

There were never any luggage carts, it smelled like weed the first night we were there (that’s not the hotels fault). The elevator broke down, but it was fixed within a few hours thankfully

Superb

We loved breakfast (minus the bacon) and overall everyone was nice and professional and the place was clean.

There seemed to be a lot of water damage throughout the facility and the carpet was torn up in our room. Also, there were never enough towels

It's not safe to stay here if you have small children. You will regret choosing this place.

The breakfast hostess and prep person had a smiling face while she worked very hard is putting out a good breakfast. She covered very well the managements neglect in having all the expected breakfast items available. The front desk staff was friendly, too despite having to answer for the hotel management company's negligent housekeeping and equipment maintenance. I overheard a maintenance worker say that he was going to his house to get a lightbulb for a guest room because they had no back stock.

This has to be the dirtiest newer hotel I've ever seen. The hallway and room carpets are caked in dirt. These carpets have not been cleaned in years. It is not safe for toddlers to crawl around on the floors here. These operators are grossly negligent and Best Western would be wise to take the franchise away from them. The guest laundry washer was out of order. The front desk says it's been out of order as long as they can remember. The only working ice machine is dirty. The other two: 1 was missing the other turned off. Floors aren't clean, usb power outlets don't work; the television wobbles badly when you touch it. Surfaces aren't clean. One towel, no washcloth. This is a pattern I am seeing in Best Western and other chains that have some owner operator groups who withhold spending on basic hotel supplies and advertised amenities and shortchange customers. Best Western has risked their brand reputation by allowing this operator to shortchange the guests. I for one won't stay at a Best Western until I've inspected it first. This is the second-Best Western is less than a week that I have stayed at that is run by horrible operators. The other is in Wills Point, TX. Contrast against the beautifully run location at the Texarkana Convention Center. Night and Day.

Horrible employee , the maintenance or Houseman

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast amazing and front desk and housekeeping Was friendly.

The maintenance or Houseman was very rude and disrespectful towards me cause an altercation in lobby with me after check in ,and I was here for my son funeral.
