We was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broke all weekend and we had to put a bucket in our room because the roof was leaking water while it rained

Great value but getting a bit worn. Convenient location, good size rooms and decent breakfast. Wallpaper starting to peel, bathroom ceiling water damaged, lots of highway noise. We like the room with the sofa but every time one of the televisions in the room doesn’t work so don’t plan on being able to watch both.

Potential to be a GREAT hotel IF the following issues are addressed: 1. Uncomfortable beds 2. Unsafe Elevator Everything else was great! The cleanliness, the staff, and the fresh baked cookies.

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The room was spacious, staff was great, breakfast was wonderful. The other guests were friendly and our pets enjoyed the grassy areas.

Rooms could be cleaner, there was blood splatter on tha bathroom door and some fine splatter on the outside of the tub. I had to kill a roach, and found some press ons on the carpet near the bed. It was quiet not bad overall, main thing is rooms could be cleaner.

The staff was so friendly and helpful frim before checking in all the way to checking out. If I ever need to stop through, I will definitely lodge here. Thanks for taking real good care of me, along with others that I know was staying there at that time.

Experience wasn't that great. The room was "damp" and "musty" smelling. Lost power in middle of night so could not shower before leaving. Was surprised the hotel did not have back up generator. Emergency light in hallway chirped all night because battery was dead and walls were so thin I could hear my neighbor snoring all night.

The bed was horrible. So stiff it felt like laying on the floor. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean though. Not a bad place, just the bed was terrible.

The air conditioning in the room when we got there was struggling but the front desk person Keith was willing to move us to another room if we needed to. We decided to wait it out and the room did cool down quite a bit. We were happy we waited, the downfall was the TV and the remote control wouldn’t change channels except by tens, and that was really strange and the bed was rock hard and would not move.

Check in was great! Room was clean and spacious! Phone in the room did not work, pool water was dirty and murky. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Hotel was in a good location off of access road. Had to complain to the front desk about a couple fighting at the pool yelling and using profanity in front of children. Then we were kept awake until after 1am from the people in the room above ours where it sounded like they were river dancing.

The people working at the front desk were very friendly. We stayed in a suite, and it was incredibly spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean. Very nice breakfast as well. I would stay here again.

Hotel was convenient, but overall poor quality. There was a smell of sour, dampness, and uncleanliness throughout. The carpet in the hallways and our room looked and felt dirty. The place would be better suited if it was ripped out and replaced with hard flooring. We explained this to the front desk.
