Accommodations, facility, cleanliness, staff, location was great.
Coffee- and coffee station. Liquid creamer and a better tasting coffee. It was not good.
The sound Friday night from Karaoke lounge was too loud in my room
The picture online of the pool was clearly not the actual pool it was AI or a photoshoped photo. Not ok.

Room size
The staff were extremely unprofessional, and the overall service was terrible. The breakfast was very disappointing, and the hotel was not very clean either. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and definitely not what I expected.
