Property is old and needs updating to look fresh and clean. TV only had about 10 channels that came in. Stove area was dirty. No ice machine. Had to wait at good while for staff to check me in. Light switch did not work.

The property was 3 minutes away from a meeting I had to attend.
There was no cable TV in my room. No local channels.

Morning breakfast is advertised on the website but it wasn't provided.
The alarm clock in the room was not functional.
I left a handwritten note with my room number and asked the night clerk for a wake-up call, but I received no call.
Furthermore, I waited about 15 minutes for the night attendant, who finally passed by. She pointed to her belly, indicating she was walking around to get her steps in. Others also had been waiting for her but left as their patience was shorter than mine. Nonetheless she verbally stated she would give me a wake up call.....
