I am a competitive triathlete and I come each year for a big race along with weekends of training.

Everything. I stay here each time I am in the area. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, the owners/staff are extremely friendly and make me feel welcome.

Nothing…. It’s why I keep coming back.

The power was out in the town of Sweet Home so we had no power in our rooms, including air conditioning when it was 90 degrees outside. I know that is beyond the hotel's control but it would have been nice to be offered a discounted rate since we didn't get what we paid for.

This motel is very very nice. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom, and room. Highly recommend.

It served its purpose but would not stay there again unless the beds were updated.

Rooms were cold. Heaters did not warm up rooms very quickly. Beds were terrible even after I asked for a better room with a better bed.

Perfect for a stop off

The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were cozy. The grounds were well kept.

The bedding could have been cleaner and even newer. Only one bed had a bed bug cover. Very few outlets in room. I did not receive what I paid for and the excuse was that I had a service dog. Legally services have to rendered to a disabled person with service animal. There is no reason I should have to pay for something I did not receive. I paid for two queen beds and a room with a bathtub. I got one queen and a full, no bathtub. I was offered a $10 discount which I appreciate, but I do not think it was enough. It

Nice property, but don't follow covid rules.

Very clean and neat property and room.

There was state-wide mask mandate when we stayed; however, the receptionist and two others (who seemed to be there for maintenance or something) were not wearing masks. When I asked about it, the receptionist told me that they didn't need to wear them because their county is very safe (not true). When I said that the governor had made masks mandatory indoors, she laughed and said they are a small town and didn't get their news fast (this was several days after the mandate had gone into affect).

Good

The staff were exceptionally courteous and nice

Being billed by both booking .com and the inn and having to contact you both for a refund from one of you. Still not addressed by either of you. Really shouldn't be like this. Ruined the whole experience. First time using booking.com first time charged twice.

Very clean rooms, nice check in lady, very helpful with questions we ask her about the town.

Disappointing

There was a stain on the floor and the side of the bed. The sheet was ripped and had a huge hole. There were dirty spoons in the fridge so it hadn't been cleaned out. We had called to see if we could get in early due to a wedding and we're told we would get a call back, never happened

A comfortable, safe stay in updated rooms.

Location to family, the room was clean and updated.

Your facilities map showed vending machines, but when I went downstairs, there was only the ice machine. Could you please update your map.

Comfortable and clean

It was older but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. And my friends joined us and stayed one night. They were pleased with the rooms and got a good nights sleep. It was pleasantly quiet.

It was difficult to find any bottles of water but the faucet water was actually pleasant and didn’t have a nasty taste so it sufficed. A vending machine would’ve been great.

Very old, needs to be updated out of the 70's and into the 21st century. Bed was lumpy, TV was old and not very many stations to choose from.
