Paid extra for the "delux" room for it to be infested with ants, no fan in the room as stated by staff, a bed that feets extremely comparable to the floor and extremely bright lights surroundijg the outside of my window which had curtains that barely covered it... meaning all night long it looked like it was daylight and if youre like me and cant sleep in a sunny room then save your money.

The room had someone that had smoked in it. My allergies were affected due to that. Otherwise the room was nice close to shopping, food and highways

The room was nice and up to date with 2 USB plugs on each night stand. The room was clean and pretty quiet. Unfortunately the toilet was clogged with someone elses poop in it. Pretty gross. And we paid for a room with a microwave and refrigerator and had neither. Im sure they would of switch rooms with us, but it was kinda late and we were ready to chill.

I love the employees here, I am blessed to call them my friends, super funny and so kind and respectful, I can’t wait to reserve another night here and see them all again

The front desk lady literally used her master key to come in our room at 8pm while we were sleeping because her “system” didn’t show us registered. She never knocked or announced herself once. We had checked in at 2pm with our keys. Luckily we had the extra lock on so she was only able to open the door partially as my naked husband was coming out of the bathroom. We shut the door, she called saying we weren’t registered we gave her our name and hung up. She called back within 5 minutes to tell us she found us. I told her my husband has surgery in 7 hours and to quit bothering us.

Outside of a drug addict almost dying in the parking lot by my room and the homeless folks all over the place in beat down rvs and roaming the grounds and the fact my shower did not have a shower curtain and all the loud talk and chatter at all times of day and night ....it was a lovely stay in good old Spingtucky (Springfield). Suffice it to say I won't be staying here ever again and a reco to those folks with a bit of decency left in them to avoid it as well. My recollection of M6 was never great but never this bad. I was originally booked at another hotel closer to my destination but my schedule changed and screwed up those reserv's and I hurriedly grabbed this location. Ouch. The folks I interacted with from the staff were fine and helpful when asked so no knock on them but the condition of the exterior and the area is really bad.

Homeless everywhere the parking lot was full of broken cars rvs being lived in it was not an inviting site. Our room had had the tv punched and broken no discount for broken tv. Last motel 6 for me.

Over priced for an old motel and no amenities, only hand soap… but it was pet friendly I will give you that! And I was overcharged. Rooms were supposed to be $162 and they charged $176! Even though I paid in advance.

We went to the place and nobody were in office,there was no power in that hotel.I call them but nobody pick my phone.We didn't check in because the hotel were closed.I need my refund and i dont know how.

I would like to say we lost power at 930 last night 01/14 and didn't get anyone to ask if we are ok or need more blankets, I feel I should get some money back .. no heat , lights, the staff all left and the place was left with angry people.... This morning after 8 the staff returned and asked if they can give us some money back and the girl was like NO ..NOTHING WE CAN DO AND WALKED AWAY..

The shower was a unique design where the head faced the wall, keeping the chance of water on the floor to a minimum. Water flow and shower temperature was excellent!
The issue with my stay was that there were NO WRITTEN instructions to operate the two remotes to access the TV. The attendant said that they're remodeling and will have one remote that operates everything. But when? They should have something in writing so you don't have to call the office every time!

I like that this particular locale, being far less trapped out than many other 6s, makes me feel like I've still got weight on the street, but I can feel secure enough to watch tv in my drawers, unconcerned about chaotic invasion that constantly seems imminent at certain other locations.

For the price we paid.... I asked for a queen bed, got 2 doubles... There were no hangers or dresser for our clothes, there was no chair or table or microwave or mini fridge... I had reserved this over 3 months prior... Will not be staying again...

I’d have to say it was one of the worst experiences in a hotel I’ve had in years the front desk was good at checking us in but the heat did not work the beds were lumpy and completely too firm. The lighting was poor and the only thing I could think about was how I was gonna get through the night so I wouldn’t freeze to death.

Toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom fan was so loud the person upstairs kept knocking on their floor every time I turned it on, room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was no hot water in the sink. This is the worst place I've stayed.

I would have rather slept in my car. Dogs barking all night in the room next to me. Kids running and yelling. Could never get to sleep. Drug deals going on outside the room. Heater didn’t work.

I arrived exhausted after a long international flight. Check in went quite smoothly, but when I got to the room the heater was broken (it was 30 degrees outside) and they had no other rooms. I asked for another blanket, once at 2:30 AM and again at 7 AM. I never received one, either time. I was too tired to try to switch hotels, so I put on everything I had in my carry on, my winter coat, and a hat. Definitely not a pleasant experience.

Only 1 sheet and a thin blanket on the bed, now extra pillows or blankets (I asked them as well)Wash rags in the bathroom, our sheets, when we folded down the sheets ( yes I check things out before we do anything) had hair on them, pillow case did as well and looked like it was on the floor or a partial dirty shoe had stepped on it, someone’s hair balls(from combing their hair) was on the floor in a few spots, toilet lid was not on all the way nor would it go on correctly, paint massively peeling around the sink, refrigerator didn’t work and we upgraded our room just to have that. I did ask for new sheets and the employee was nice brought them right up and apologized and we chatted very respectful. If you don’t mind that to much if needed in a pinch I would stay here again, but bring my own things.

We ended up leaving after an hour and they would not refund us our money. The TV didn’t work, the heater was broken and stuck on 100 degrees, it smelled horrible, it was filthy and THERE WAS A NEEDLE ON THE FLOOR. Horrible.

You get what you pay for. It’s exactly what you would think a Motel 6 would be. It was a late in early out so we didn’t spend much time in the room. No shampoo/conditioner. Bed was clean but hard. Very low water pressure. Best part was the staff.

This is a typical Motel 6. I love Motel 6. It's a stretch from downtown Eugene but an Uber worked perfectly. Friendly driver, reasonable cost. The place has some wear but tolerable. The girl at the desk was marvelous. I arrived in the evening at 8. Plenty restaurants in walking distance. Upscale motels/hotel in the neighborhood for your choice. The $51 was just right for me.

The staff is Super friendly and very accommodating. My only complaint was the room I was in, the heater fan had broke, so the heat was not working. so there was no heat, which things break I get that…However they were super understanding and accommodating to my needs and switched me to an upgraded nicer room. Thanks motel 6 staff😊

I liked that it was quiet enough to study a book most of the time. I didn't like that the toilet was plugged before I got there.

It’s a bare minimum stay place an uncomfortable bed , room / bathroom ok . No shampoo / hairdryer in room ?! C’mon .

Staff was great, pet friendly. Real change in the chain, both Motel 6’s in the area are beautifully redone, but the staff makes the stay nice.

There was no microwave or fridge, there were marks on the walls. Looked like it was maybe recently redone but still smelled dingy. Bed was noisy, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. Only two small pillows provided.
Not the hotels fault, but a family was having a loud argument in the laundromat adjacent to the lobby at check in, and it really started it all off wrong.
Front desk staff was pleasant.
