Old building, friendly staff.

It’s old, lot of low income folks, but staff is super friendly, polite, helpful. Hot water does take awhile to get to the room.

No blankets. Just a sheet and a bed cover as thin as a shower curtain.

We left without staying. The marijuana party in the hall was a killer.

Bedding torn and frayed. Guests smoking marijuana in the hall. Floor dirty, Bathroom dirty. Strange people at the desk. One person looking for a wife or girlfriend. We think she was hiding from him.

Leveling the place and starting anew.

Junkies, in parking lot. Staff not helpful. Wifi was a joke. Location was not central

OK room for short stay.

Location is good. Simple check in procedure. Room size is OK.

Room could need some simple maintenance. A little paint here and there make it look really good. Some more paper or plastic cups would be good. Some utensils in the kitchen would be good. Coat hangers would be nice.

very poor facilities and sourroundings were not clean

facilities were poor, very thin blanket provided and plastic like material pillows can’t get pillow case as it was not ready when we checked in at 7pm !!! waited an hour to check in as rooms were not ready by even 7 pm due to shortage of staff as per the hotel.

Awful. Never again.

The room was absolutely filthy. There was blood on the flood, dirt and hair on the beds, as well as poop/pee/hair on the toilet. Never ever going back. Hair in the shower as well. The front desk staff said they weren’t surprised by the room conditions and that’s shocking. It was about $150 for this room including deposit for one night! I immediately checked out and checked into the LaQuinta about 1.5 miles away for only $20 more. The room there was beautiful, clean, and cozy.

We stayed just long enough to sleep and then we left.

The staff was friendly.

The room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The comforter had rips and the curtains had holes.

Superb

had everything I needed - large fridge, large microwave - 2 burner stove - low threshold shower - plenty of cabibets and dresser. VERY HAPPy with my stay

door does not have any foam sealing - cold air flowed in until i sealed it myself with folded paper towels

Great stay

The staff were very nice and understanding. I think it was a very good price for everything that u got. I'm sure I will stay there again.

not being able to shower was not appreciated. it felt very unsafe walking the halls and parking lot. staff was excellent

microwave and refrigerator that worked.

no shower curtains, dirty sheets, felt like a homeless shelter with people appearing to live there. no dishes in kitchenette. table was very wobbly and uneven.

The room was dirty, the shower curtain had what appear to be blood all over it, the bedding was dirty and had ants in the room.

We won't go back there again.

Ground floor room.

Very hard to find place. We looked through the apartment complex for 15 minutes before noticing the sign behind a tree on the other side of the street. Registration was very slow, four people ahead of us who had real problems with reservations.

I asked for a refund and left.

The hotel was a dump. There was graffiti on the walls and trash in the he hallways. It didn't feel safe to park our car there.

Disappointing

That it had a bed and toilet

It was a marginal room, bed, 2 small pillows, thin walls (heard the bed moans from the next room at 2:30 in morning) If you were living there for long it would feel like a prison cell! And the price for 1 night was ridiculous!

The staff was curious and the bed comfortable and clean. The room was clean.

We had to wait almost an hour past check in time to get our room. They provided no soap on the room so they gave us extra shampoo to use instead of soap. Where cleanliness is vital for everyone due to covid not providing soap to wash your hands is not acceptable. The window would not close completely due to the screen being broken so we could smell marijuana that people were smoking on the balcony. Ambulance and fire truck came to hotel and staff in office had no clue why and did not seemed concerned. The area was run down including the parking lot and the hotel making it feel unsafe. I stayed here last year and the environment was not like this. The hotel now feels more like a dump due to what we observed and for $200.00 a night you expected better.

Worst Hotel I have ever experienced.

Worst Hotel Service

Worst Services, I was getting late and notified them well ahead and was assured that someone will be there to help. On arrival at 11:20 PM, no one was there to help , no one picked the phone. In the mid night I was roaming to find new hotel with my newborn. Luckily got another room at 2 AM , just had to pay double amount fir single bed room instead double bed.
