Overall, like I said previously, everything was okay, except for the wifi never working.

The WIFI never worked. For some reason my name Dwayne Chaney, Sr., was entered before as my last name being "Sr.", THIS IS RIDICULOUS! ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT THE HOTEL INDUSTRY HAS NEVER HEARD OF "JR'S" AND "SR'S BEING USED ON PEOPLES NAMES. C'MON, NOW! GIVE ME A BREAK. That's just silly!

We love the hotel it's our day and my kids love their breakfast. Staff is always helpful and accommodating. The pool and warm cookies are a plus!!

Overall our stay was comfortable but I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant.

The restaurant was awful. The food taste like burnt oil and the silverware was dirty.

Cool until!!!

Jake was nice at check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean

Called for towels to be brought up, waited almost 20 minutes, no one ever came, and ended up having to go down and get them myself. Took the visit from a 10 to a 8 for me.

it was great other than the guy at the front desk.

the person at the desk was rude and gave me a hard time about using booking.com even though the room was paid for. I was uncomfortable because of it.

Very good

I thought that the hotel was very nice and clean and everything seemed new.

I was in Room 412 and the fan that was separate from the air conditioner squealed nonstop. It obviously needs to be repaired. I eventually figured out how to shut it off since it was separate from the thermostat on the wall.

Poor people skills for hospitality.

I liked the location and salt water pool.

I did not care for the desk manager’s attitude who apparently thought she was doing us a favor allowing us to stay. The front desk lacked professionalism and were poorly trained. The desk manager was pointedly disrespectful.
