No towels, No shampoo, and the AC was leaking in the room - when I went to turn it off my socks got all wet :(
The bed was comfortable, shower was clean. :)

The staff was very approachable. My room was clean only there were some mosquitoes
The hallway/corridors were not very clean. At night, on the first floor there was a lot of noise by the pool and when staff were moving their carts or something.

When we arrived, we needed the bathroom very badly. The check-in clerk took my ID and credit card and allowed us to go to our room to use the bathroom. After we went back to finish the check-in process.
The room's floor had spots of (i hope was mud). The floor was not clean! The jacuzzi was foamy (sign of bacteria).I had no idea there was so much traffic around the hotel before I booked it. It was very loud every night.
