Staff super nice had to change rooms as first key would not work. LOTS of hot water. Room did smell of old bleach. Like water had been used over and over. Not heavy but i am especially scent sensitive.

The bed was comfortable. The layout of the room worked very well. I originally booked a room that ended up on the second floor and stairs would have been too difficult for me to manage after a long car ride.
I wish that there was extra toilet paper. My room did not have any and the roll only had like a fourth remaining.

Location was excellent, very close to downtown Charleston and Shem Creek for great dining.
Very close to grocery store, drugstore etc. Plenty of parking and air conditioner worked great. Overlooking a cute pond in the back.
Some staff were kind, but most couldn't care less. Rooms smelled musty and weren't serviced unless specifically requested. Lots of weird activity in the parking lot through the night, noisy. The in-room safe cost extra and neither safe actually worked (we had two rooms). Beds didn't have a blanket until we went and got one out of the service area.
