It is quiet and it has a full refrigerator, stove top and microwave. It was also clean. The price was affordable.
There are no pots, pans, dishware or utensils. Who travels with that stuff? Not me, so it defeats the purpose of having a kitchen. There's also no coffee maker in the room. It feels like an extended stay hotel but it is not equipped as such.

Location was fine but the hotel was overpriced for a one night stay.
The bed was small and the sofa bed was not clean for someone to sleep on.
