Good

There were drug addicts all over the hotel. A woman even passed out at the front desk. It appeared to be drug deals going on across the hall from me.

Poor

Gum on walls, floor made my kid's feet look very dirty when they took their shoes off, hotel did not honor reservation and gave me a different room, "breakfast" was granola bars and coffee.

Bad

Room was not clean. There were stains on the blankets, hairs in the bed. It was so gross we got our things together and found a hotel down the road. We were too grossed out to even take photos. It was 11 pm and we just wanted out of there.

Bad, on top they charged me twice and still waiting for the refund

Location was great, breakfast to go ok

I had someone knocking at my door when still resting because they needed to take the bathroom door out, this was a first for me , really! The bathroom door? And the worst he would not take a no for an answer, when I complained at the front desk they told me this were not her contractors but was going to talk to them, if the hotel didn’t hire them as contractors why were they there doing remodeling?

Cheaply maintained and roaches

One employee was new and nice.

The staff was cheap no maintenance on property and roaches in our room

location - which just nearby the highway.

room is smell, no wifi available, shower is very dirty, bedsheet very old doesn't look change, heard something outside of the door in the middle night, couldn't slept all night, we felt very bad, worse hotel ever :(

Check-in was easy staff was helpful

The first room we were in was dirty there was hair on the bathtub and the bathroom was disgusting. There was also sand or dirt on the floor.

AWFUL ABSOLUTELY AWFUL MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND

The room was filthy it smelled bad holes were in the wall.Dogs barked all night there was domestic violence couples fighting all night I was frightened I asked for ice I was told I had a automatic icemaker I did not it was one ice tray I ask for glass cups I was told they might have paper cups from the receptionist that checked me in at the front everything I asked her for I was refused from cup eyes anything dogs were barking all night couples were fighting all night I was so afraid and fighting for my life the bed had a dent it

Wouldn't stay there again.

Not much.

The bathroom was dirty. Kitchen was falling apart. Floors were sticky. Noisy highway right outside my window.

No extra sheets for the pull out and the kitchenette was lacking, meaning there was absolutely NOTHING in it at all and the cabinets were falling apart.

Room was large. Nice sized refrigerator.

No supplies for the kitchen in the room. When we pulled out the pull bed, there where rose petals that fell out onto the floor.

I paid for my room and was not allowed in even though i have a copy of my ID. They had to have a physical copy and they would not take my DL number.
