Excellent stay

The room was spacious & comfortable. Staff was very helpful. When we asked for a ground floor room upon check-in, because my husband just had knee replacement, they had it ready for us within 10 minutes.

Disappointing

The location was safe, and it was nice to be able to walk around the surrounding parking lots and feel safe.

The toilet was not working correctly. I always had to remove the tank lid and manually flush it. Though clean, the tub was not in real good condition and made me a little uncomfortable. Though advertising said that the kitchen was stocked with dishes, it was not. The cabinets were completely empty.

I got what I needed: a cheap place to sleep for the night.

Price was probably fair for the room. It appeared to be clean but the hotel is showing it's age. All staff was friendly and very helpful.

The outside door closed but there was a significant gap that was poorly sealed with some adhesive foam. There were no pots, pans, dishes, or silverware of any kind in the room. I didn't need any, and maybe you could get them from the front desk, but other, similar places that I stayed had those items in the rook when I arrived. Breakfast was just some granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, oatmeal and coffee or hot chocolate.

if you want a cheap room with no amenities and don’t mind an older property, this will work.

They really mean “Extended Stay”

it was clean & the bed was comfortable

There is zero way this should be listed as “Nashville.” If it had been clearer from the maps on the app that it was as far off I-40 as it is, I would have just stayed in Nashville itself or Cookeville. Also, it is completely inappropriate for 1-2 night stays. Zero amenities, except soap. Staff was excellent and found me a saucepan and bowl so I could eat something from the Target nearby. This is not the first time I’ve stayed at an ESA, but the first time I’ve been surprised

Please remove free breakfast advertisement from your website! There's NO BREAKFAST JUST GRANOLA BARS!!! That's false advertisement. I chose this hotel because of the breakfast but was very disappointed and annoyed.

Private in a great location. Great scenic view, easy access to local !all, grocery store, gas stations etc.

I would not stay here again.

The location was close to what I needed for work

I felt uncomfortable, the room smelled of smoke, the bed caused my back to hurt, it was very outdated and did not feel clean. It may have been clean, or cleaned, but I wasn’t comfortable.

Overall my stay was very satisfying. Plenty of stores and restaurants.

The kitchenette was great. One exception no oven. Doesn't change my ratings. Great place to stay if working out of town. Convenient laundry facilities would be perfect.

The 1st night we stayed we seen a roach bug & the toilet kept stopping up(319)!
