Not so good. TV didn't work all night or the next morning. Lighting in the room was poor. Not enough. No chair in the room. Just a desk chair. Not much information about address or room prices etc. Breakfast is not ready by 6:30. The pancake maker was broken. We stayed at a BW on our way to our destination and tried to upgrade at the Holiday Inn Express. It was far from an upgrade, the only thing better at Holiday Inn was that your towels were softer. All in all, the Best Wester was cheaper and superior to the Holiday Inn.

The check-in clerk was only adequate. As an IHG rewards member, I was told they could not look up my number. When I provided my number, we did not receive a welcome package. The first room I was sent to had two broken lamps and stains on the ceiling. They changed our room and I left without fully examining it in order to get to an event. When we returned and got settled, we found that the toilet wouldn't flush. They said they would report it in the morning. It could have been temporarily fixed with a pair clip of they had looked at it. The beds were not comfortable. The 24 hr coffee was not available at breakfast time because the machine was broken. Breakfast hot foods were cold and depleted. The clerk on duty apologized at checkout and wanted to provide a discount but said because we booked through Hotels.com she could not, but would report it to her GM when they arrived. Hotels.com contacted GM for us to be compensated and said that the GM stated they couldn't do anything because the "system" wouldn't allow them. I previously worked for IHG and this experience is far below the standard that is expected. My contact information was left for the GM and we never heard from them.

Our experience was as we expected. We were arriving late so did not need any amenities except for the morning buffet which was adequate for our needs. Bed was comfortable, staff friendly, room clean. It was very busy at breakfast but they kept the buffet filled. Price was lower than the surrounding hotels. Would stay again.

Hotel was clean and had good breakfast. Great location near many restaurants and shopping while sitting close to interstate so you can conveniently move around the area. This is also the safe area of Nashville.

Room was dirty and run down. Ripped carpet, cracked tile on the floor. The bed was hard and felt like a couch bed. The breakfast was not worth a penny. Everything was out, cereal, coffee. When asked they said it wasn’t working. The sausage was laying in a puddle of grease. It’s safe to say we will not be back to a HIE, especially this one!

For the most part the hotel room was okay. It was clean and that is the most important, it was just a little worn and had a a smell. Tiles popping on the floor, toilet ran randomly. But clean!

The floors throughout the hotel floor were slanted MAJORLY which made me very uneasy. So slanted that the dresser in our room looked like it was going to fall over and the door wouldn’t open all the way bc it would get stuck on the floor. Front desk was fine, nothing exceptional or worth noting. The bed was very comfortable.

Front desk person was helpful. I asked for a room change, and he was very helpful in making this happen. Rethinking breakfast hours might be a good idea. There were at least a dozen people hanging around at 6 a.m. waiting for breakfast that didn’t start until 6:30. None of these people seemed to be together so that could have been 12 different travelers who were ready to start their day but had to wait for breakfast. On a positive note, the breakfast was good.

Hotel was ok. Nothing fancy. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the bed felt damp. I’m sure it was from the humidity of the room and air conditioner. But for the price I can’t complain. Bathroom was clean but the toilet was really low to the ground. I felt like I was doing squats every time I had to use it. It was quiet and worked for a couple night stay on a budget

This propriety had high ratings at a decent rate which is why I booked. Upon arrival the clerk had her vape in her hand and the lobby was dirty. After entering the room we quickly realized it was in need of updates. Furniture was outdated and ceiling drywall was cracked and falling down. We found a half a lime under the bed skirt and one of my bath towels had a shoe print on it as of it wasn’t cleaned and rolled up for me to use. I would give this property a 4 instead of the 8.5 it had a time of me booking.

The hotel itself was nice room. Pool needed some attention mainly swept. Stay as good except for whatever as going on upstairs. The haughty maybe construction. Sounded like Someone was running around and dropping stuff in the hall all night.

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. I don’t know what the policy on housekeeping is but room was never cleaned during the 2 day stay also decor should be updated as water spots were noticed on the blinds and room needs pest control to come out as we saw several spiders during our stay room 239 not to mention I have a 3 year old so yeah that was concerning. Also breakfast was decent but more choices should be offered. Overall the stay would be ranked 7 out of 10.

The staff was excellent. The first room the ac did not work. Michael was extremely apologetic and switched us to another room.However, it was not as nice & had a bad odor, poor lighting, the bathroom door would not latch. Minor cosmetic issues. The property & building was clean. We would stay again because of the staff.

The clerk couldn’t find my reservation and I had to pull it up on my phone to prove I had one. Then when I got to the room is smelled very musty. It was clean but the desk was warped terribly. Then the toilet wouldn’t shut off and kept trying to fill until the handle was jiggled. The morning clerk was very helpful and courteous.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Gave us a list of restaurants in the area. Room was cleañ. Shower and bathroom was clean. Was disappointed there weren't any charging ports for phones. Breakfasts was great. Plenty of room and tables to enjoy the breakfast. Tables were kept clean.

Bed bug found on Apr/26/2023. Hotel changed my room but the room that i was sent to had full of garbage in the room without cleaning. I have complained to the General Manger by email, but no response. Terrible hotel, strongly don't recommend staying in this location.
