It was a nice place other than wifi. Would return for sure .

All was good. Clean room. Towels, tissue, and t was excellent.

No wifi. Connected to WiFi but no internet. Needed Kids to get homework done but no internet.

Disappointing

Nothing I didn't like it told me $62 but then I was charged 84.

Nothing. It was disgusting

The room was musty and made us sick being in there for 5 minutes. The elevator was out. There was no data through phone. The wifi was unusable. The bed was tilted towards the headboard like the floor was possibly collapsing in. The parking lot had next to no space without a giant pothole. The plumbing was messed up. There were drug addicts all around. Don't take kids there for sure. I chose to stay elsewhere and leave the room empty. I am going to attempt to dispute payment this is absolutely disgusting

Nothing this place is horrible the bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold found a cockroach in the bathroom. Room was filthy and they tried to keep my security deposit

The worst hotel I have seen and a breeding ground for Covid.

There was nothing to like. The room was disgusting and looked like a roach motel.

Everything was dirty. There were no pillows on the bed. There were holes in the bed. I could not sleep there. I canceled my stay and still have not received my Refund. This place is a roach motel and is not sanitary.

I have stayed there many many times and had no problem with the front desk being rude to me but this one time when I was checking in the New girl at the front desk was extremely rude so rude to where she threatened to call the police all because I want to speak to a manager at 2:00 a.m. she stated there was not a manager at 2:00 a.m. also I booked my room online so that way I wouldn't have to wake up early on my one day off to go to the front desk and pay for another night well I guess because I didn't go down to the front desk after I had already paid for the nights they charged me $25 just because I didn't go down to the front desk and let them know that I was still there the room was already paid for so even if I wasn't there what is the big deal this will probably be the last time I ever stay here again

Don’t be cheap. The cheaper you pay for a room the less quality. Staff was nice though

The only thing we liked about the place is that we got booked quick.

Dirty bathroom, black hairs in the bathroom and on the floor in the main room. Dirty table, boxspring looks disgusting, toilet paper holder was broken. Hallways leading to the elevator smelled absolutely horrible

The staff and the proximity to the airport

The property, the loitering, the room wasn't clean, the furniture was outdated. The comforter had cigarette burns. The mattress had stains. The air conditioning was broken.

We did not stay…….we left & got rooms somewhere else in another area of town.

It was definitely NOT as advertised. Bad location & we did not feel safe with the clientele wondering around the facility.

The Office manager and Clerk where nice that always took care of any matters.

The House keepers did not sweep the floor or table tops left a Bloody pillow n my Room

The room was old and dated. The place smelled like Marijuana and was not in the best area, yet the price did not reflect that.

Rooms were filthy, people were loud and obnoxious drinking and partying in the parking lot, drug activity was going on and lots of homeless and dope heads were in the stairwells getting high.

One of the WORST properties I've ever seen associated with a brand

Absolutely nothing. This property is a crack, run-down, unsafe and should NOT be on booking.com. I didn't stay because of the poor maintenance, burn holes in bed spreads, chips in shower floor

I expect a full refund. I did not feel safe in this property nor was it maintained or cleaned. Room doors had gaps looking as if someone had broken into the room. TVs did not work. Littered property.

There was a full kitchen and nothing to cook with. The front desk staff was rather rude. It smelled like a casino in the room.
