it was very satisfactory and staff was very helpful and professional

It was safe. Parking was secure. The showers had hot water.

The TV could have worked and the smell of cigarette neutralized. Overall it was still satisfactory.

Will never stay here again

The shower worked and there was hot water

I needed my key rekeyed every day. There was existing damage that could have been easily repaired, such as spots of missing pain that can be touched up. The electric outlets did not work. There are no pots and pans or dishes to use the stove with.

Underwhelmed but doable

Location

Very modest property not well upkept. Animal smells / noises when their policy is none. Predatory towing at this lot, make sure to display pass properly - ask for tape.

NEVER AGAIN..EVER WILL I STAY THERE. NOT EVEN FOR FREE

The living conditions there are deplorable. The walls,floor and bed is filthy as I've ever seen in my life. I recommend this property to be condemned. It is not fit to live in

The whole building rooms and all and all facilities need to be restored and they need security. Drug heads all over. Rooms stink and the sheets on the beds are filthy. Mgmt will lie and say the rooms are clean

Never again it was so nasty in the room just a blanket that didn't cover me.

Nothing it was dirty smelled like cate urine bed was hard as a rock. I wish I spent more for a decent place.

We went to our room and it was under construction on the ceiling. It smelled of toxic fumes from the drywall/sealer and paint. Having to cancers the last few years I was advised to avoid toxins. It was not safe to stay in the room.We went to the front desk to change rooms but they were sold out. The agent would not refund our money. We then were forced to find accommodations elsewhere for a safe overnight stay.

The cleanliness of it was absolutely disgusting the war we’re cockroaches everywhere, it smelled like people had smoked in the room. It was just absolutely dirty.

the room was a non smokers rooms but smelled like cigarettes, the complex knew there was a tenant yelling in one of the rooms and all they said when I told them was “we know who that is” like it has happened before. the night that I got there, Night Shift couldn’t even find my room and ended up opening someone else’s room and walking around the whole top floor of the complex just to find it in the other side.

Toilet was dirty with blood and vents caked with dust flies were gritty. Yeah was bout taken out or fresh towels once during 3 day stay. Toilet stayed running the whole time.
