Maybe I wouldn’t stay at the specific location but I probably would stay at a different extended stay

The stove was a nice feature

The bed was super small, had a stain on it, the bed squeaked, the staff were either asleep in another room and couldn’t help us for like 20 minutes at midnight and then checking out the guy went to sleep I think at 10am

There was a large refrigerator and a small stove to cook on. The AC worked fine.

The room smelled like cigarett smoke. I told the front desk several times and I had to ask for a can of air freshener.

we called the hotline and apparently they canceled our booking but there wasn’t any notification to us

they didn’t let us check in.

Overcharged

They overcharged me versus the quoted price. I emailed but got no reply. I went back to the property and the receptionist didn't help.

Do not stay there very dirty .

Nightmare visit to Denver area to see mom at the hospital in Burn Unit.

Rooms not ready for check in on time. Staff was super Rude. I was told if I did not like the fact that the rooms were not ready I could take my business elsewhere. While waiting I called Booking.com to place a complaint. So the agent I spoke with put me on hold and called the Hotel to find out what the issues were. This only angered the staff at the hotel more. By the time I went back to check in they did not realize who I was at first and I overheard them openly talking about the issues as soon as I entered the facility. I approached the counter and Identified myself for check in. I'm not shy so I told them that I could hear them talking about the situation as I walked in and thought that it was unprofessional. I then told them that I would have canceled my reservation if it was not so inconvenient to change plans so abruptly they then refused my business and canceled my reservation and I was told to leave. So now after a 41/2 hour drive My son and I had to find a new hotel at the last minute before being able to see my mother at the hospital in the Burn Unit. I was afraid if I did not get something right away there would not be anything available. With limited options we ended up paying more than $400.00 for a room. I am disabled and on a fixed budget. Something is not getting paid this month. I guess we could have stayed in the car in a parking lot somewhere. OMG This has taken up so much of my time and been nothing more than a BIG inconvenience.

We arrived at the location at 12pm after a long flight to be trumed away bt the front desk staff. Our reservation could not be found with the booking number and all of the rooms were sold out. We ended up heading back to the airport and not sleeping. This hotel is 100% a scam. We even called ahead of time to double check to be sure the Reservation was ok. Worst hotel experience of my life by far.

Despite prepaying for the room and receiving a confirmation, I was told there were no rooms available when I arrived. The front desk person was absolutely no help in finding a new place to stay.

The real truth

The ability to pay off the staff for late payments and to extended me even when the were over booked

Dirty,overpriced, rude managers,drugs everywhere,you could hear people whooping their kids from hall, dog shot everywhere outside, and didn't provided adequate bedding towels,and cleaning supplies.

Horrible, Bed Bugs!

At check in the girl at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant with me. I brushed it off. Then the rooms Ac/heater didn’t work. When I went down to let her in it seemed as if she didn’t care, again I brushed it off. The bathroom sink was clogged, gross but again I brushed it off since I was going to only stay for a night. I decided to lay down for a bit before I showered and turn in for the night. I wasn’t in the bed for more than like 20mins before I felt a pain on my arm, come to find out the room had bed bugs! I killed one. And was again going to brush it off, wrong! I laid down and was bitten again! That’s when I decided staying there even for one night was not going to be worth it! Even though they did say they would refund me, they were a little combative (not shocked) with the booking.com agent when it came to who needed to initiate the refund; yes I booked through booking.com however I paid the hotel at check in and the booking.com agent was trying to explain that the hotel was responsible for refunding me! It was just an overall traumatic experience! I will NOT be staying again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either!

nothing I arrived no one was at the desk nobody would answer the phone and I had to get an other hotel because I had drove hours and was exhausted.

Overall it's an ok stay.

The staff is great. They try to cater to the needs of the guest. And they go out their way to accommodate.

It can be noisy at times. And the outside area had animal feces all around. Their needs to be fines for the guest who doesn't pick up after their animals.

Bad! Please Avoid by any means. Not family friendly.

It was a roof over our heads.

$25 pet fee PER PET PER NIGHT. Ended up paying $300 over budget for 5 nights. Checked in, went upstairs. Peeled the bed sheets back to find they were slept in. Full of dirt and toenails and smelled like body odor. Went downstairs to change them and didn't even get acknowledged or apologized to. Service was terrible. Wifi was terrible. Cards dont work, every couple of hours you have to get them remagnetized. The elevator was urinated in 3 out of the 5 days of my stay. My 12 year old child started crying from how terrible the place was, but we paid way too much to stay there and had to deal with it. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

No one Knows Anything

The location and price were good.

When I got there it took 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Then, after he entered my id he said I'm on their do not rent list. I've never been there before and he has no reason as to why I was on the list or who to call to get it fixed. I asked for customer service # and he said it's unfixable and I probably "smoked in a room" somewhere. I don't smoke. I asked him when this happened and he said he had no way of knowing. So we never even got to check in. Mind you, this was around 11 at night and I was only going to be there for about 4 hours before a fight out. I made sure I wasn't going to be charged and he said there was nothing he could do, that I had to contact booking. Com. Luckily my fee was eventually reversed after I disputed it with my bank. I will say he was pleasant enough, not rude or anything, just clueless and not helpful. This was obviously not his fault, but I couldn't get a REASON from ANYONE at ESA.

Advertising was accurate. Surrounding area was useful and easy to walk, commute through.

Stains on the bathroom walls, floor and stale bedsheets.
