It was in an excellent location and it was very clean .
The staff at front desk was rude. Didn't get the room I ordered 😒 and there were no clean towels for the house keeping to give us. She said dry off with face towels. Staff at front desk had an attitude . Rude , not friendly and didn't care that I didn't get the room I ordered. Did not stay the whole time. I left Sunday

The room was neat and clean
The Hotel's power went out !!!. And there was no generator..Imagine no electricity (no entry/exit from room, no elevator use , no heat, etc).Guests were not offered compensation for the day of inconvenience . Note: other businesses in the area were not affected and city lights were on in the surrounding area including near hotel parking lot
