Absolutely perfect location. 10min walk to Pike Place, and so many great restaurants/coffee shops/pubs close by. The rooftop with the fireplace was great.
Only being picky, but I’m someone who prefers a more cushy mattress, but it was still comfortable enough.

Friendly staff, the rooms were cozy and clean.
It was quite noisy in the middle of the night with people yelling and blasting music from their speaker, at the bus stop.
Can be a little sketchy outside, but no one bothered us.

The property is literally in the center with all the typical tourist activities in Seattle.
15-minute walk to the Space Needle and 15 minutes walk to the Market Center and waterfront.
Near to the Train station as well.
•Clean room.
•Safe - Lobby door is locked after 10pm and they have a security guard outside overnight.
•Water and coffee station in the lobby is a nice complimentary amenity.
•The free bike and helmet rental is perfect for roaming around the city.

We liked that there was parking in a lot. We liked that we could walk easily to other locations. We liked that staff wore costumes for Halloween
The desk person said there was water in the room and there was not. The front doors were locked in the morning and the magnet swap key kept not working leaving me stuck outside. Room had a sink that was not useful. Manager had us reach booking.com when we had two rooms reserved and had only requested one. Still working on getting that resolved. They could have noticed and reached out to us as the reservation was in my name written two ways
