This property has a fantastic location super close to Pike Place market. Rooms were super spacious.
And was nice we looked out to the street!
I didn't love that parking was so expensive, we also had some water issues. No hot water and brown water. It eventually went away on its own.
And I think that the elevators are extremely slow.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Clean and relatively quiet. Good size room and bathroom.
Pool was very small and tile was slippery.

Very convenient to pretty much everything. Clean and welcoming. Room was very nice and clean. However, my tv kept turning off and rebooting about every 15 mins or so which was annoying.
The pool was unexpectedly very cold and not real inviting.

The location is very good — we were able to walk to the main attractions, the metro station, and lots of restaurants around. The front staff was friendly and offered a postcard and mailing service. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice touch.
Room service was a disappointment— first day, one bed was made one was left out. Second day, they skipped us, even after we requested when we came back early afternoon. Third day, I talked to the front desk in the morning and they made the beds, took away dirty towels but forgot to give us clean ones. Fourth day, no room service and we came back late so I didn’t bother. We left the next morning.
