From the moment we walked in….rug in the vestibule was terrible….elevator terrible….shower in our room was gross!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean & perfectly located hotel

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice gentleman. I had called that day for an early check in and was told that I could come whenever the room was ready. That was around-1 pm. We asked & recieved extra pillows without 5 minutes. The pool & gym were spotless. As for breakfast I have never had a better ( included) breakfast anywhere. Scrambled eggs, French toast, home fries, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Bagels, wheat bread, sourdough bread & mini donuts. The staff was fabulous. Kind, helpful & courteous to even the children. We just said we would stay there in a heartbeat.

If we to ever visit the area again we would stay there.

The hotel needs a larger, more obvious sign on the street entrance. The employees were very friendly and engaging.

Everything was fine, except the little sign.

Our stay was wonderful, the staff friendly and we will DEFINITELY stay there when visiting the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Quiet at night so we could sleep. The grounds were lovely and well kept.

would stay again, if price was our only priority, however, our expectations would not be high.

it was close to Mohegan Sun. Free parking. Free breakfast even though it was not that good.

booked this hotel because of the shuttle, after the free cancellation window passed is when we got a notification, saying the shuttles only run Friday and Saturday. If I knew that I would not have booked this location. Also, the staff were not friendly at all, except for the manager guy and the breakfast lady. The breakfast was actually pretty nasty even though we did not expect fabulous.

Disappointed in the sleeping arrangements. Was not comfortable

Although I booked a king bed, the bed in the room was not a king. It was at most a queen which was not what I paid for. We were very uncomfortable. The pull out sofa was also smaller than advertised.
