Friendliness of the staff, the value of the kickback and breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
There isn't much, but the coffee wasn't my favorite.

Room was functional with walk-in shower. We were there as we were going to a concert in Obetz. Reasonable distance from Columbus airport. It was great to see the CEO walking about the hotel and talking to guests as you don’t see that at all in most hotels. We didn’t partake of the free drinks & snacks although quite a few hotel guests did but said not ‘brands’ that they recognised. We found Jennifer extremely helpful and chatty. All the staff were always smiling. It was handy that Texas Steakhouse & Bob Evan’s were near for lunches. The pool looked amazing and I wished I’d brought my swimming gear.
Only thing that we didn’t feel was good was the lack of variety at breakfast. If you like scrambled eggs or eggs then you are fine. There was no bacon and only Pattie sausages, there was no continental option. I asked a waiter on the first day I was there - any bacon? and he said no we don’t do meat so we thought perhaps for religious reasons and left it at that. We had 3 breakfasts there and I was always hungry although my husband ate the patties and potatoes.

The property supervisor did an amazing job during the extended power outage. He got me out of the elevator that I was stranded in for 20 minutes. He walked patrons to their rooms with a flashlight to make sure they got there safely.
Wide spread power outage for 21 hours.
