breakfast was good, beach location was great.

The pool area was very nice, and I enjoyed the free breakfast.
I had German cockroaches in my room, the TV had a white spot on the screen that was annoying and needs to be replaced. The back door to the balcony was messed up. Only one elevator was working. Not enough parking for hotel guests.

Proximity to everything. Only seven floors right on the beach. Breakfast every morning was good!
One elevator was down the other ones were slow. The elevator near the pool got stuck once. Only one pool waterfall was working. The other one was not. Need to have a way to order a drink or food by the pool without having to have a credit card or cash and charge it to your room.

Location
The toilet handle kept breaking. The man at check in was not the friendliest and did not inform us that we had an adjoining room. The balcony door was very hard to open. Trip hazard in the elevator. Fire alarm testing going on. Ice machine on our floor did not work. The breakfast was not good. Needs a lot of updates.
