Hotel lobby was spotless. I purchased the room for family that was visiting. Went to the pool and it appeared clean, was stocked with towels, and Ethan easy access to bathrooms.
Family said the room was. Dry ice mx was on a higher floor as I had requested. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay.
Kavita, at the front desk, was super nice to deal with when I was arranging payment for the room, application of a gift card, request for a higher floor, smooth check-in for my family, etc. When I met them at check-out in the hotel lobby the next morning, Kavita was working and was especially nice to my granddaughter. Meant a lot to her and to me.

Loved the overall experience! We had a great time looking at the views. The body wash in the shower smelled amazing and the check in process was a breeze. I loved the view of the pool and the added security at night, for guests to use their cards after a certain time to open the main doors.
The only critique I want to make note of is the fact that there is no sidewalk to walk on after self-parking, we had to walk back on the road we came in through. The trash can in the bathroom was still filled with trash and sanitary pads when we got there. We were also a little confused after checking in on where the elevators were we ended up in the business hall and had to do a U-turn with all of our luggage. The main problems were two things, we checked out late (which was completely our fault) but the staff that came to our door was very annoyed and left us with a bitter feeling. During check out we also waited in line thinking the people in front of us were still checking out, but the desk attendant just stood there talking with them about random things while we stood there with all of our belongings waiting for about 10 minutes.

Location
Our room was missing coffee, cups and shower soap. We asked for shower soap but never received it. The first day we didn’t have room service and had to call the front desk. The phone in the living room didn’t work. The walls and floors have very little insulation so the guests with a small child woke us up very early every morning.
