The location was great in reference to Truist Park to watch the baseball games. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The elevators were very slow. I heard other guests complaining about them.

Convenient to Truist Ball Park and Battery, easy walk.
Tried to call front desk 3 times no answer and no call back. Elevators down for a day, they did compensate.

The location is wonderful and having a shuttle is great.
We always enjoy breakfast as well.
Our room was not very clean. There were leftover fritos beside the bed between the nightstand, stained pillowcases, and soap scum on the bathroom vanity. Our room also had an odor when we arrived.
