Everyone was so friendly.
A bit outdated but still comfortable

The staff makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. They greet me with a good morning and a smile!
Food was very good too! Including Breakfast, dinner and a complementary drink! A soda dispenser?? That's very rare to see and I love it!
The rooms were clean and well maintained! No weird smells or mold in my room.
I feel like the parking was a little confusing because when I arrived I didn't know where to park and I couldn't get inside the gate. I parked in front of the restaurant hoping that wouldn't be a problem and I was informed that it was ok and then I got my key for the gate, but it would be nice to know that on my email. Inside the gate I feel very safe.

Check in was quick and close to what we wanted to do.
The lady who checked us in was about as friendly as a rattle snake, the whole front lobby smelled like weed. The beds were hard and the one had a forever hole slept into the middle. There were stains on the bed spread. The nightstand lamp was crusted over in dirt, the bathroom tub was rusted horribly, something was crusted on the sink that looked like food! It was very dirty! If hotels weren’t so scarce during the music event I would have booked elsewhere. Never stayed in a laquinta that looked so dirty! The only high point was the lady at check out was super sweet and kind.
