Love to have stayed longer
Too far from Dallas sights

Convenient for last minute change of plans with flights. Beds where okay. Breakfast good.
There was no explanation given about the shuttle bus that takes you to the accomodation. I had to call them and ask. This should be part of the standard message and accomodation description. I arrived very late at night and people in the airport kept giving me wrong instructions about how to get to the hotel. They told me I could get there walking. Very wrong!

Your staff saved me from an American Airlines snafu. I was stranded after 30 hours of cancellations and missed a huge family event. You guys swooped in to salvage what was left of my situation and at least make me comfortable and fed after a truly terrible airline experience. Thank you! Everything was clean and the staff was excellent. They knew how tired I was and had a robe delivered to me as the airline had also lost my luggage.
Nothing it was great!

Location
We could clearly hear voices from room 1231, as if the guests were in our room.
The shower pressure was extremely weak—worse than what I’ve experienced from a garden hose.
It has been a while since my last stay at the Hyatt, and the rooms would benefit from updated electronic ports.
Finding a power strip on the floor was disappointing.
Breakfast offered only pork as a meat option. The fresh fruit was nice, my friend's eggs were excellent, and Ruby was amazing!
