Quality Inn Redgranite

The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The gentleman who checked us in and ultimately fixed our TV was nice and helpful.

Our room was missing shampoo when we checked in so I went to the front desk to ask the desk attendant for a bottle. She seemed shocked and continued to question me regarding the missing bottle of shampoo. Finally after she came to the room to try to fix the broken TV I showed her the shower where it was missing to prove it was not there when we checked in. Our TV did not work (and neither did our phone to call the office)and after two different people and an hour later it finally was reprogrammed but by that time we were so tired we didn’t use it anyway. The jacuzzi was barely warm certainly not hot so was not very relaxing. The overall appearance of the hotel could use some improvement both in front and the view out the windows in the back with overgrown weeds in both areas .I was unfortunately disappointed in our short stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to restaurants and convenience stores.

No elevator. Breakfast could use some additional protein sources, but did the job.

We had a jacuzzi suite,when we filled it up and turned it on,there was a brown film,also the pot was way too warm,not refreshing at all
