Location on the Broadwalk is just perfect for us. We enjoy the live music at the tiki bar and view of the beach.

The access the the beach was only matched to the other hotels we stayed in on the boardwalk. Also, due to being roomed away from the tiki bar, it was very quiet.
We arrived late, so understandably we had no instruction from staff on room directions, cleaning protocol etc. However, upon registering the following day, we were given little to no instruction on the overflow parking lot, were not provided a room cleaning door hanger (or advised where it was located). The room was in OKAY condition, it did seem clean. However, the air conditioner's filter was packed with probably years of dust/debris, which did not allow it to properly cool/dehumidify the room. Also, the air conditioner vibrated extremely loud when the compressor kicked on. To which the only way I found to silence the noise was to turn it off. The bed was very comfortable, sheets, comforter, and pillows all seemed very clean. The bathroom was large. However, the water pressure was sub-adequate. For the price, its a good deal, as it is very difficult to find anything priced like this being directly on the beach/boardwalk. However, there are a lot of improvements that can be made.
