Everything, clean next to the pool not crowded had stuff to do for kids everyday.

Property is well situated among beautiful oak trees. 2 nice pools, near golf and has beach shuttle. Staff is fabulous accommodating and helpful.
I think daily rates are overpriced due to resort fee that has to be paid whether you stay for 2 days or all week. Apartments are dated

Pool, staff, clean,and visits from the local cats thrilled our granddaughter, well appointed decor, quiet
Trash container in the kitchen way to small to accommodate the huge trash bags available , a small detail, but very aggravating. Outside screened porch area needed blowing off( huge spider webs , leaves and debris visible from outside ), no tv guide showing available channels in the unit……

I did like the area! The pool area was very good for kids.
The ac wasn’t working properly during our stay. Called maintenance and he did come out to check the Freon. That was low so he said more was added, but still didn’t fix the problem. The ac wasn’t working properly set to 60 upon our arrival it never got below 75 that night. The next couple days it stayed between 75-80! It was very warm. They did bring 2 boxes fans. It just wasn’t what I expected.
