Staff—pleasant, helpful Asian couple—were welcoming and helpful with check in and check out.
All okay. Carpeting clean but old and worn. Same with furniture: older but cared for and clean.

The rooms were beautiful, quiet, but it sid smell like dog and smoke, also the dark was barking constantly all night and day and sounded like a pretty big dog and was super loud.
The staff was very bluntly rude embarrassed my friend cuz she was on her menstrual cycle, and got some blood on bed mattress. Staff was continously rude and loud and was very threatening and was cussing at us and was verbally attacking me and my friends. It was pretty absurd I even recorded him.
