It was clean. There was a convenient side door to enter and exit. Staff was responsive.

The breakfast was good and complimentary but their juice machine is broken until further notice but there were cups of juice to drink. The bed was a little more comfy than last time. The overall stay was good. Clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Fix your juice machine please!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There is no elevator so all of my luggage had to be dragged up the stairs in multiple trips. The pool and hot tub did not look clean. I chose not to use the facility although I was looking forward to swimming laps. I saw no one else use the facilities either.
