hotel perfetto nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto

ottimo hotel a 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di atene. servizio navetta gratuito per/da il terminal. staff gentilissimo. per andare nel paese sul mare più vicino basta chiedere alla reception e con un supplemento ti portano dove vuoi.

Unique hotel close to the airport

The driver was very friendly and flexible with pickup and dropoff times at the airport.

The bed and pillow in the room was small and uncomfortable.

Cheap, cheerful and convenient. Transfers are easy.

Many thanks to Mr Andoni for looking after me. The airport pickup was great as I was severely delayed and the flexibility was appreciated. The Hotel is convenient to the airport and fine for an overnight stay and great value for money.

This is not a luxury hotel - it is clean and basic. It was find to do some work, and I had a comfortable night.

Good option for airport transit for people who have no problem with street noise.

Friendly hotel staff, very comfortable bed, good shuttle transport from airport, clean room.

Rooms as our, with street view, are very noisy as this street is full of cars even during a night. It would be good to have opportunity to buy coffee or tea in the hotel or to have facilities in rooms to prepare tea/coffee ourselves.

Easy communication with hotel, airport shuttle and convenient!

Host picked us up and took us to the airport, which was a huge help. He directed us to a small local restaurant a couple blocks away.

It was a decent stay. But a lot of big spiders.

The location was amazing. Perfectly close to the airport. We enjoyed the outlet mall area nearby and we also went to the zoo.

In the description of the property it says “McArthurGlen Athens is 1.9 miles from the accommodation, while Metropolitan Expo is 3.6 miles away. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos, 3.1 miles from Stone Palace Hotel Free Shuttle From Athen's Airport, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service.” We didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because I we were coming from another Greek island, but to our surprise they charged us 15€ to shuttle to the airport. The last sentence clearly states the property offers a free airport shuttle service. The a/c unit we were in didn’t work as well and it was very hot trying to sleep even though the beds were so comfy.

No elevator. All the rooms require steps. I had a recent knee surgery so that was a struggle.

We got there early like 10 ish in the morning. We didn’t expect to get in our rooms but hoped to drop off our luggage. The doors were locked. Customers opened the door for us. There was no one available to talk to for awhile.

Price was low and close to the airport but not worth the bargain.

Property was nice and generally clean. Rooms were an accurate description and a good price.

There was no one in the lobby at reception the whole time we were there. We were also told after we arrived that we could have had a free ride from the airport which was never communicated. We asked them to arrange a ride to Athens and were told one price, then ended up having to pay 50 euros more upon coming back because they said there was a miscommunication. Patio door handle was broken in one of the rooms and wouldn’t lock in another. Wifi was spotty.

Great start near the airport

Nice building, helpful staff and owners, close to the airport, optional shuttle bus service, clean and modern rooms.

No door between bathroom and room, but maybe that was temporary. Walls are a bit thin between rooms.

Hotel is ok but airport transfers were a challenge.

Rooms are decent and clean. Beds are comfortable. Good air conditioning.

The primary reason we chose this hotel was the location to the airport and the transfer service offered. Airport pickup and drop off were consistently late. We stayed at this hotel twice during our vacation and on both visits we experienced the same issue. We waited 45 minutes for pickup from the airport after a full day of travelling. We were the first drop off in the morning (5:45am) and this transfer was also late causing us to be late for check in. There was no reason to be late and I expect he just overslept. I had to phone the driver as he was no where to be found. Being rushed and stressed for the start of what was a very long travel journey ahead was disappointing. The driver also drove extremely fast (due to being late) and we did not feel safe at all. Also note that there is a 15 euro charge for after hours pickup/dropoff. This hotel would be fine for one night airport transfers if there was better communication and promptness from the hotel around the transfers.

Accomodation is decent, rooms are clean and useful facilities for an overnight stay are at a palm’s reach

Both transfers to the airport were done in “race” driving mode. For someone accustomed to the Mediterranean way of driving it can be OKish but it was borderline dangerous, hectic at best.

Comfortable accommodation close to Athens Airport

Comfortable beds, with good mattresses. Modern AC, specious room and bathroom. Close to the airport, Aquapolis water park and the designer outlet shopping mall.

It says an apartment however it is more like a hotel room. It was missing coffee/tea making facilities, a desk and a chair in the room would have been ideal too. There was enough space for them. Other than that nothing else to complain about. Just some small details that would add value to the property.

Very convenient and affordable for a hotel close to the airport.

Julia at the front desk was nice and very helpful. She recommended a restaurant that was very good. Also, I like that they have an affordable shuttle to the airport.

It was not in the best neighborhood-abandoned cars in the overgrown lot next to the hotel.

Barely slept..looks like house of horror

When I arrived the front desk lady took 10 second to give me the room key without checking me in because she had to bring someone at the airport. I had to wait for her to come back for the internet information. The hotel is old, room had moody ceiling and uncomfortable bed

Upon arrival the host was very accommodating in organising the hotel to airport transfer and made some good recommendations in regards to restaurants in the area. Close location to the city and hotel transfer early in the morning to the airport was reliable.

Room could have included a hair-dyer.
