Good location, close to lots of things to do. Good value. The room had a fridge, a microwave, good water pressure, and comfortable beds. It was recently given a facelift so it was clean and updated with a light-up mirror, though the outlet for the included blow dryer didn't work.
Check in was a terrible experience and the male clerk was rude; the only reason we didn't leave right then was because it was late and we needed to be close to that location. I had booked directly with the motel; they had my reservation but had "technical difficulty" when it came time to process my credit card and he wanted me to pay cash. They even have a free-standing ATM conveniently located in the lobby so my guess is that this happens often. I ended up having to re-book through Booking.com so I could pay through that site. During this whole process, the clerk was rude to a lady who seemed to be in training, and he was rude to another customer on the phone and hung up on them. The ice machine was disgusting, the coffee machine was sketchy, and the upper latch lock (not on the door handle) of the room was broken.
