Comfortable & spacious room, close to downtown, and good value at a discount after the theater season is over. Probably well worth the cost while the plays are running. Also great coffee with the free breakfast (which is adequate, steel cut oats & bagels/toast are the only warm options).

A easy walk to OSF, the Main Street, and Lithia Park. The staff were friendly and kind and helpful and gave thoughtful recommendations, especially Cindy, and seemed to really enjoy working with each other. I enjoyed the healthy breakfast options served 7-10AM (steel cut oatmeal and yogurt and lots of toppings for both, breads and bagels and cold cereals, orange or apple juice, hard boiled eggs, and coffee or tea.) And the indoor pool and hot tub were a treat. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a desk and a round table with two comfy chairs, as well as a microwave and fridge with a freezer. There is a coffee station with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate packets and filtered water (both hot and cold) and the second floor. I liked the old school style keys.

very good location in downtown ashland. the staff was helpful and nice. my room was clean and the bathroom spacious and well supplied.
the mattress was all right but the pillow was very hard. the light on the microwave oven made it difficult to fall asleep.
