The room was nice and very clean. It's not upscale but it's comfortable. The room has nice furniture and the carpet is clean. It's nice to not have stained, nasty worn out furniture. The bathroom was also very clean. The location of the motel is more toward the old town and away from the busy State Route. We did not have any road noise and it was very quiet (perfect for a light sleeper). It's an old drive up motel that has been renovated. It was a great value for the money. I would stay here again.
The in-room coffee provided tasted like cheap sh*t.

Location in between Palm Springs and Flagstaff.
For $200, rooms are dingy and outmoded.
I made a mistake in my original booking and wound up having to forfeit a “no cancellation” booking and pay again when I arrived and found that my booking was in error. The manager (who never showed her face) insisted through the front desk clerk that they were powerless to fix it, and I would have to go to booking.com to appeal. In fact, I own a 5-star resort in Asia which is on booking.com, Plantation Bay, “a Real Resort with a Real Spa”, and our staff are more helpful when there is a problem with a reservation made on booking.com.
