I liked the way it was tucked away in the woods. No sounds of traffic. We actually seen deer out our window.
Need hand rails to get out of the shower in bathrooms. Tuff for the older guests

Staff was friendly and helpful.
The king suite was a good size, but the double queen room was small. The bathrooms in both were super tiny. The hotel feels like an old hotel that is trying to update, but not quite making it. The shampoo bottle in our shower was empty and was still empty after housekeeping. The lighting was terrible (though to be fair it is in most hotels). The beds were firmer than we like, but that's a personal preference.
