The location
The first room they gave us smelled and then the second one was OK. But wish they would keep the room separate from pets and people that don’t have pets so the rooms don’t smell from pets. I am a dog lover, but people need to clean up from their pets.

Breakfast was a great selection. The room was clean. The lady getting breakfast was lovely. Nice pool. Close to things.
The receptionist was a bit rude. If you're a light sleeper the train is noisy. I'm not so was fine

It was in a good location for where we wanted to be
The trains make so much noise throughout the night disturbing your sleep. The glazing on the windows needs to be quadrupled if not more!
When you ask for your room to be cleaned you expect it to be done before you get back to your room at 3.30 pm
