staff was friendly location was good
The room wasn’t dirty it was just very very outdated and the blankets had some very bad stains on them and some even looked like blood stains🤦🏼♀️ I’d definitely recommend getting new ones of the owners/management don’t want to spend the money on a remodel. Having blankets and towels without old nasty stains would help out a lot!

we have stayed here before so we knew the place was clean and comfortable. It was also pet friendly as we were road tripping with our 2 small dogs. We will always stay here when we pass through Fruita.

Toilet would run constantly showers weren’t very good and parking was blocked off for a tour bus so finding parking for a truck and 53’ trailer was difficult and the fact they reserved parking for a tour bus after telling us parking was first come first served
