Juanita, Lulu and the lovely cleaning lady that worked 1pm-10pm were all very wonderful ladies and friendly. I was in town for a death in the family and they were so sweet and had kind words for my loss. These ladies get absolute gold star from me!!
The GM at this hotel was extremely rude and short with me when I questioned charges. What was even worse is that she was rude to her staff and spoke rudely to them in front of guests!! I was not happy about that and I don't know how she can be so rude to the staff and stayed employed!! There's where you can improve!!

Location was good staff were friendly and price was great.
Beds were a little hard and when we arrived there were no rooms clean and we were put in handicap accessible room.
