Come thru this area often. No more Days Inn for us.

Did not eat. Didn't trust it

Staff (3 shifts-different individuals) acted like we were an inconvenience to them. Absolutely no customer service. Room was rented with the bathroom overhead light light taking hours to turn on and the light over the sink not at all. Learned that front desk knew about this prior to us checking in. TV remote missing battery cover and didn't work. Front entrance outer doors are ADA compliant but the inner doors of the vestibule were manual pull doors. What logical sense is that? Room was smelled musty-moldy.

Not great.

The only thing I can say positive about this place is that I did not have to sleep in my car and the waffles for breakfast were great. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing positive.

I was charged for my room twice and told that refunds had to be issued when a manager was there. The ice machines smelt like throw up. There was no elevator to the second floor. The halls were burning up like there was no air circulation at all. Our microwave was disgusting. The TV barely worked. The bed was awful. All of this for $250 was a joke.

Avoid at all costs

Almost nothing

Unless you have no other choice...avoid this place. Few positives...water was nominally hot and the pressure was good. Towels and bedding appeared to be clean. Now the negatives...first room assigned had not been cleaned...piles of dirty towels on floor...next room was sketchy...door frame bent from crowbar being used to pry door open in the past. Rust spots on the walls...overall poor maintenance and repairs to the room. Cockroaches...AC unit not removing humidity...everything stayed damp. Room did not get seviced after first nights stay...front desk did however provide fresh, clean towels. Did not partake in breakfast...didnt look too appetizing. Won't stay again. Not for $170 a night.

conveniently located for our plans, comfy beds, fridge and microwave was an added convenience..

Great location, friendly staff, beds we’re comfortable

Continental Breakfast was disappointing on our first morning.. went down at 8am and was out of everything except for cereal and juice. No syrup for waffles. The gathering of hotel guest maybe workers that were staying there for work gathering at the back parking lot by the pool was unpleasant due to Spanish music and drinking from the back of there trucks made me feel unsafe.

The staff was friendly , the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue was the lock was loose

This Hotel is Very Clean and the staff is great!

I love that my room was ready. No problems with getting checked in. The room was nice and clean.

Wished it was longer, would like to come back

Room was very comfortable

My only complaint was the stairs getting into my end of the hotel. Had to go through the front entrance and down the long hall. Great they had a dolly for me to use.

I liked the location because it was close to where i needed to be and plus it's close to a bunch of places to eat, shop, etc.

Room 229 door doors not lock properly, it needs to be addressed. After reading bad reviews I was not expecting much, however upon arrival everything was clean, I never saw a bug anywhere, bed was comfortable, all in all a good stay

Very poor

As soon as we got into our room, we turned the TV on and it didn't work, and the weather was fine! we called the front desk like it said on the screen, and the first thing we were told was " well yall can check out" and then there is nothing she can do so we are going to have to deal with it....I eneded up fixing it myself. There were roaches, the beds were terribly uncomfortable, there was loud music at night, and people banged around and slammed doors at like 12 midnight. We will not be back! We paid over 200 for 2 nights and that was a huge mistake

No rest here!

Staff were friendly clean room

No elevator, the door to the stairs was directly in front of my room. I had to hear it slam all night and morning!!! No rest for me! My door had a half inch gap in some places that I could see thru to hallway. I had to lean against my door and push up just to lock it!!! After driving 8 1/2 hours this was awful.

Lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. When vending machine took my charge but did not dispense product, she took care of immediately.

1.room was smelled of overuse of cleaning products but I assume well sanitized. Smell was tough on my sinuses. 2.security peephole broken on inside. Plastic was stuffed into hole. 3.moulding around door missing...every little sound in hall was heard. 4.no soundproof between bathrooms. Heard total conversation next door(if I chose to listen) and they were not yelling. 5.toilet seat scratched & cracked. Inside of bowl did not seem clean. Bleach would do wonders. 6.Bathtub not clean. Sticky substance on sides and hair on wall and in tub. 7.TV remote missing back 8. Had to unplug clock-radio due to strange noises that I could not shut off. 9. Went to breakfast later (9am) and there was not much left out. The counter around the coffee machine was a mess.

The room was clean.

Had to wake up the lady when we were trying to check in and went to front desk later that night, 3 times, and could never find a staff member. Wifi didn't work. No batteries in the remote.
