Don’t count on their website or photos they lie.

The staff was friendly.

The rooms were small. The beds were super hard. And the indoor pool was closed with no explanation or warning leaving our kids stuck in a room with nothing to do.

Will not stay here again.

Lobby was clean, breakfast was available and coffee was hot.

Called ahead to verify pool was open, however pool room heat was out and water was not heated either. . . . They posted a pool closed sign morning after we checked in. Lobby area smelled heavily of cigarettes, because so much smoking outside of front door. Furnishing and finishes have been redone, but an overall sloppy cover up feel. Not worth my time, will not stay here again.

Very un pleased with the staff and facilities

Called for towels to shower. Never received. Called about smoke alarm battery being dead. Had to end up removing to be able to sleep. They ignored most of the times we called down to the desk. Toilets kept not flushing n backing up. They brought a plunger at least.

I was ripped off

The button I clicked redirected me to this facility. I was trying to book some thing in Lubbock. I could not get a refund 15 minutes after having made the mistake. I went to the hotel and it’s not even the Baymont anymore.

Good place, nice staff, good value!

Did not take advantage of the breakfast but did see that it was decent although minimal. The location is great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

There was a lack of staff should one encounter an issue. Often the person managing the desk also had to set the breakfast or help guests with room issues leaving the front desk unmanaged with no one to help or answer questions. The only other observation we saw that could use improving was the bathrooms, though clean, were dated and worn.

The bugs/dog whining would prevent me from ever booking again.

The air conditioning and t.v. worked great. The bed was comfortable

Whining/crying dog in next room. Insects in room - gnat-like and winged insect (not a fly/mosquito). Breakfast?..well, the "presentation" was such that I would not eat the sausage patties or scrambled eggs. Available: cereal, toast, bagels, oranges, bananas. No yogurt.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet room with a good breakfast and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was good; liked the cutlery dispenser! Room was very comfortable, lots of space to stretch out, well lit, and the refrigerator worked perfectly (didn't use the microwave). Everything was clean and fresh. Off of the main roads so not a lot of traffic noise, which is nice.

Pillows are way too soft, and bed could use a blanket in addition to the sheets and comforter. Side entrance door didn't work very well, but the staff made me aware of it. Smoking area too close to the main door.

Phenomenal

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The AC unit actually worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

I really wish the pool had been open, though I understand most hotels have shut them down due to COVID

Good Nights Rest

The lady at check-in was very kind and helpful. They had me on the second floor and I did not realize there was NO elevator. Since I have breathing issues, she was so kind to get me in a ground floor room. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. The price was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

NO, elevator in this hotel. This would be hard for handicap people. Breakfast area was under renovation so could not get breakfast there, but understood this and no big deal.

confirmed pre booked room on frist floor disabled can’t use steps , needed shower with hand grabs and ask about pool and hot tub told they were working get there was told they have one on the second floor no elevator steps only pool has been closed for two years did not stay went to Holiday Inn Express
